| Attached are the instructions for registering GLOBEX2 User ID�s in the Exchange Fee System (EFS). As a reminder, in order for CME to charge the correct fees to accounts carried on your records as of April 1, 2001, we are asking your help to disclose the following using a new window of the Exchange Fee System (EFS): - Operator Id�s of CME members who are not using GL terminals. These are CME members who are using a different front end to enter orders other than CME�s GL terminal. These members have unique operator ids that are not available through CME�s GLOBEX Control Center. As a result, we will not be able to tell who are CME member order placers unless their ids are disclosed to CME.
- Operator id�s of clearing firm non-member employees who act as designated order entry clerks.
